Congratulations
We would like to congratulate our managing partners John Meany and Miguel Coelho for earning their Series 24 and Series 65 licenses respectively. The Series 24 exam covers the knowledge of critical functions, rules and statutory regulations necessary to supervise the management of a general securities broker-dealer firm and the Series 65 qualifies an investment professional to operate as an Investment Adviser Representative.
Meet our Spring Interns
Mayank Daswani is an IT and Finance Intern at Freedom Capital Group. He spends his time creating and maintaining macros using visual basics alongside with Excel. Mayank is currently a Senior at Rutgers University, where he is pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering and Mathematics.
Vinay Prakash is a Fixed Income Intern at Freedom Capital Group. He is majoring in Finance with a concentration in Business Analytics Information Technology at the Rutgers Business School. This year he is trying to learn much more about the Bond industry while developing many other essential skills required to succeed in the Finance world.
Kaynat Malik joined Freedom Capital Group in January 2017 as a Fixed Income Intern. She is a sophomore at Rutgers Business School - Newark, a member of the Honors College, and an active member of various student organizations on campus. She is pursuing a double major in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Real Estate and is expected to graduate in May 2019.
Meet our Fall Interns
Megha Patel, is a Finance Intern for Freedom Capital Group LLC. She a member of the School of Arts and Sciences at Rutgers University, and is pursuing a double major in Economics and English with a minor in Statistics. She spends her time creating and maintaining digital platforms using code and third party platforms for clubs and some small businesses. This year, in addition to working for Freedom Capital Group LLC, she will also be applying and working towards several certificates in finance and economics through the Rutgers' Department of Economics.
Roshan is an Economics student at Rutgers University and is interested in learning more about the business world. This school year Roshan is a junior and is looking forward to developing his skills at Freedom Capital Group LLC.
Tom Nagy is an Fixed Income Intern at Freedom Capital Group. He joined Freedom Capital in 2016, prior to which he was an Crude Oil Summer Analyst at SCS Commodities Corp., where he focused on commodity research. Mr. Nagy is currently a Junior at Rutgers Business School, where he is a member of the Honors College and is pursuing a degree in Finance.
